One thing I don't get with Scottish independence is the border issue. I find it very hard to believe that there could be a hard border between England and Scotland, especially as even if indy wins, it wouldn't be by a large amount. Would Scotland only gain a partial independence and still have to adhere to rules set by the rest of the UK on immigration? Otherwise what stops people getting easy access to Scotland and then wandering into England
