I've been looking on maps and I can't find any distinguishable antenna equipment. I've looked at the surrounding buildings and no signs of antennas there but there are some suspicious buildings that just look out of place there. We're gonna need some video footage of it.

there are 2 antenna in 2 directions. This means it sends and receives in those two directions. I contend that it is a relay point between stations, used to be a max of 25miles range. I can't argue that there isn't some local connection wired into these antenna, but it's at least a relay. Can anyone point me to where this picture is?

That's surreal. I was fairly involved in that stuff at the time. Someone posted a reference to a cell phone tower that was within a mile or two proximity of the place. I couldn't figure anything out with it at the time, so I moved on with my life.

This reminds me of some of the stuff I found. As I recall, I was able to trace down the owner of the cell tower, the company that owned the rights to it. It led to some office in NE USA. I really can't remember if it was in New York or New Jersey. I was able to track down a named person who was a contact for it, but again it all seemed to not go anywhere so I stopped digging since it seemed like a dead end.
