Walmart isn't anywhere near as bad for employment as it was when I worked for them six or seven years ago.

$11 starting wages for any position, will actually give full time positions to new hires, 401k matching, two types of paid time off, even has a program for allowing you to go to one of several colleges for very cheap. This all still comes with the benefit of being able to choose what days and hours you're available to work.
