Well, as a lawyer, I can tell you that there is a 110% chance that at some point in your career (even if only on the job for 6 months or less) you violated someone's constitutional rights. It is very easy to do so, and most cops do not even realize they did it. However, most violations of some constitutional right are so minor that they practically speaking are irrelevant for anything but an academic exercise (i.e. something that a lawyer would notice/discuss).
