>How does it work?
When you visit a new zeronet site, it tries to find peers using the BitTorrent network so it can download the site files (html, css, js...) from them. Each visited site is also served by you. Every site contains a content.json file which holds all other files in a sha512 hash and a signature generated using the site's private key. If the site owner (who has the private key for the site address) modifies the site, then he/she signs the new content.json and publishes it to the peers. Afterwards, the peers verify the content.json integrity (using the signature), they download the modified files and publish the new content to other peers.

For all the schizo boomers here who don't know what this is, reminder that this new site "08ch" is not affiliated with 8ch, as stated by the 8ch admins. On zeronet, you host the content that you visit (unknown fags will constantly be downloading site content from your pc--you become part of the server). Your ip is exposed to everyone who gets connected to you. It also uses javascript, which kills any security provided by tor (which you wouldn't be able to use effectively anyway because staying anonymous requires very careful browsing habbits). I don't know why I am discouraging you retards from using 08ch when I just want you to leave Jow Forums asap, but know what you are getting into.

Examined the output logs of ZeroNet when visiting 08ch. Program appeared to seed files for boards I have not yet visited. In such a scenario, manually muting each user who posts content that you personally see as illegal may not be sufficient to keep yourself from inadvertently committing a felony.
Also, not everyone with criticisms of your application can be merely dismissed as glow in the dark. If the program is worth using, it should stand up to criticism from anyone. Conversely, if a glow in the dark wanted to incriminate a bunch of edgy anons that they can't just bust for "radicalizing extremists", it would make sense for them to create a honeypot that "only a glow in the dark would criticize."
