Yes I do live in Dhaka, its a nice city if you where to go and if you have the money you can live like any other 1st world country , in fact you can get decent luxury apartments and penthouses for prices that may blow your mind, and parts of the city like Gulshan are literally designed to accomodate tourists and expats (bars, good hotels, skyscrapers, good drainage systems, and lots of hot uni students with tinder accounts)
