In a way it lifts me up. The same reason people watch so many sad things. I can't explain it, but looking at the past in a state of melancholy really motivates me like nothing else to go forward. I'd say "Man who fought the banks" was the most potent and concise redpill video that exists. I would argue some of the other ones are slightly more EMOTIONALLY effective/ moving (dreamer, we will have won, die flut kommt, etc) but they weren't nearly as informative.
