yea i've dreamed of this, it was a mistake making every place exactly the same. the difference between Virginia and California in the 1940s was probably a bigger difference than the one between any place in the entire "West" now.

Yeah this is an idea I have had. "Hyperbalkinizatoin". The only way to ensure and even increase human culture and biodiversity in the future is to break the world into thousands of micro states that have complete sovereignty. This way the liberals can try their stupid social experiments in their own state, blacks can shit up their place, and we can even have a white ethnostate for every different kind of European. Micro states will destroy the hopes of Globalist world domination.

We should just bring back Federalism and the 10th amendment.

Weird. Thought this same thing last night while watching 300 and the based Spartans. If each city became its own state (US) we’d see large population urban areas like NYC fail within weeks. They have no military and would not be able to force the suburb/aggies to produce their food. Smaller cities like Jacksonville would thrive as it’s surrounded by rural country and it’s a working city without many residents. It would make for an interesting thought experiment or even a story though.

Or bring back the Articles of Confederation with a VAT to keep it funded, but require constitutional amendment to increase it so it doesn't go out of control like the income tax

And what if 1 Empire will exist and bully 1000 microstates? Or its a plan and Israel wants to be 1 superstate with nukes and bully other microstates?

This is a valid critique. Human power always finds a way to consolidate, in every system. Many of these theoretical microstates would just start forming alliances to gain an advantage over their neighbors, and soon we're right back where we started.

Essentially increasing the supply of representation to reduce competition among consumers of representation. Increased competition on the demand side is to the benefit of the supply side, which is why the political elite, who are in some sense the suppliers of representation, are always in favor of globalism.
