Brazilian lawyer / cop here. I'm reading the Epstein Docs, checking the arguments from the defendents and can confirm that the case against Epstein and Maxwell is too weak. I'd not even indict them if I were the FBI.

Yeah, this is not looking good for the accusation.
What is going on here is that Epstein pleaded guilty in the past for soliciting prostitution, so there is a lot of dirt on his name. I'm not saying he is not a scumbag pedo, but the case against him is not a perfect narrative. Comey's daughter and the judge will likely be democrats, so unless there's a crystal clear against Maxwell and Epstein, they will walk out.
Maxwell, I'm 100% sure, will walk out with a slap on the wrist. That's if she doesn't walk out.
