Picture a company with 10 hiring managers. 9 of them are white, and 1 of them is jewish
The whites hire everybody based on merit, but the jew only hires other jews.
Let's say 2% of the people hired by the 9 whites are jewish, and 100% of people hired by the jew are jewish.
Thus over time, the company gets more jewish.
And soon there are 2 jewish hiring managers instead of 1, and they only hire other jews. The rate of transformation of the company has accelerated.
Until finally, the company is totally dominate by jews.
This is the power of in-group strategy. It's how left wingers conquer institutions, and why right wingers lose out. It's how jews come to completely dominate certain industries, and why Indians own all the 7/11's. The failure to do this strategy is the reason that whites are getting systematically shafted across the entire society.
But let's think a little more here.
Let's say that I know jews have this nepotism, and jews have taken over very important institutions, such as Hollywood or certain powerful corporations. Thus I might hire a jew just so I can get an inside connection to those power players. Thus the value of every single jew has increased, making them a more desirable hire.
It's like, if I have the chance to hire the son of a Goldman Sacs executive, even if he's unqualified I would do it. Because it gives me access to some powerful people that is in my interest to impress.
The in-group nepotism strategy totally dominates. This is THE strategy. If you are some "everyone is equal" cuck, you are just fucking yourself over. Better group up

if too many members of society become abjectly poor, they will have nothing to lose and start killing rich people in a civil war. if you have an underclass they have to be adequately cared for to prevent societal collapse. to be wealthy and yet be forced to live in a concrete bunker to defend yourself against hordes of starving vagrants would not really be glamorous, you should want your community to be kind and cooperative so that you can enjoy the benefits of wealth to the greatest degree possible.
