Intellectually, I think so. Basically the plot of idocracy, since we have a society that protects dumb people unlike in when we were in the wild, dumb people will make a bunch of dumb babies while smart people will have less babies cuz they see the world is going to shit. I once read the average ancient greek had an IQ similar to Einstein. Not sure how accurate that is, but it wouldn't surprise me.
