>If someone is being an asshole, consider that's just a Jow Forums handshake. They're probably confirming you're not a bot.
The shilling and slide threads have been absolutely nuts over the last two days. We're flooded with slide threads and horrible threads are getting 200-300 replies while legit HAPPENING threads get slid off the board. There seems to be an attack designed to knock off threads with limited bump support while presenting the vibe to out of the loop stoners that the conversations on the board are still real.
One angle of their attack is to slide all threads with a continuous influx of spam. Their other angle of attack is to keep bot threads boosted with bot posts so there are always more "happening" threads to look at other than the Epstein ones.
Evidence? Glad you asked: >Test 1 - (pruned) archive.is/7Wn4g >Test 2 - archive.is/BSQJ1 >Test 3 - archive.is/2HjxH The third test definitely seemed fishy as I cannot picture a single ancap that wouldn't want to legitimize his arguments by proving he was human. Intriguingly, the person he got into an argument with filled up a fifth of that thread's posts. We know that Google chat bots have become effective enough to fake engagement, I think these things have been weaponized against us lately for reasons that would be obvious if the Catalog wasn't fucked.
Further evidence? Okay. I made 9 posts in 9 threads between 100-150 posts. 5 generated responses, 3 I would call genuine: 2 responses that ignored the image, 1 fellow meatbag user string of bot responses thread stopped getting updated after my image post.
Their strategy only works so long as the bot threads aren't revealed to be filled with fake non-engagement. Once they are and the bot supported threads are rendered ineffective against standard shitposters, the Epstein threads will go bananas and (((they))) will enter a whole new phase of SHUT IT DOWN
Here's the full list of threads that I engaged with meatbag-friendly images. (123rd post, no responses) (115th post, two bot responses) (127th post, one responder) (135th post, thread stopped receiving responses, maybe my post flipped a switch?) (138th post, one responder, two bots) (136th post, one responder) (136th post, no responses) (131st post, one responder) (100th post, no responses)
My read from this is that it appears as though SOME threads are filled with bot posts designed to put up a reactive emotional argument to keep other anons locked up trying to score easy wins with basic bantz. I wonder if they'd appreciate finding out they were arguing with a Texas Instruments calculator, or if they'd prefer to engage with real people.
I'm fine with keeping this thread bumped while I continue with research. I would greatly appreciate others to test this bot army masquerading as liberal commies though.

Dude, you've triggered my autism with your demand for physical contact.

I'm going to shift my strategy to be a little bit bolder. I'll engage threads at 50+ responses with a new set of anti-bot images.
If you're new to this thread, welcome to the resistance.
