What is the absolute best water filter for getting fluoride and estrogen out of your system on the market...

We use zero water for this reason, we live in a college town. I don’t know about it’s effectiveness for estrogen scientifically... everything online said that it captured the most so I got it.

you can get a small device to measure the TDS (total dissolved solids) in your water, when your numbers start to rise you should be replacing the stages

on that express filter the 3 bottom tubes should just fill like normal and pass to the next stage. The RO filter and the post active carbon are both in-line and would need to be by-passed

You're based leaf, pass me your knowledge. Are you on a supp stack? How much iodine do you take? Does your body need Cl supps if you're having filtered water, or can you get it from food/salt enough?
