In canada, where I live. It's literally impossible to be homeless unless you are a crazy drug addict who chooses to be homeless. You get so much money from welfare, they'll literally put you up in a hotel if you can't find any regular housing. Also there are tons of programs for people with FASD or whatever with housing allocated specifically for them. Also it's too fucking cold is 90% of canada (outside vancouver) to be "homeless" because you'd fucking die in the winter.
These "newcomers" get mega gibs from the government too and they all have tons of kids which means extra mega gibs. Like serious cash. Plus they all work under the table and make even more money.
