This guy probably had that going through his head, and instead of continuing to aim at the nog, he pulled the trigger. But in this case, the guy started to move away from him and his life was no longer in immediate danger. He could've kept his weapon drawn and waited for the cops to arrive. People think you can't draw a weapon and not fire it. That's how you get this situation.
