I think the points that they'd clash would be on things where Peterson refuses to say what he actually thinks. Peterson spoke for 3 hours lately about why he can't answer 'Do I believe in God'. I think Peterson's answer to, "Do you believe in God?" is that he does, but in a very conceptual way, not an empirical or concrete way.
