I rarely ever hear people talk about the Papua people of Papua New Guinea and Indonesia (West Papua province). Papua New Guinea has one of the highest rates of rape, murder, and violence on earth. West Papua which is controlled and colonized by Indonesia is light years ahead in terms of infrastructure and economy wise primarily because the Indonesians are incredibly based as hell and rule over the inferior Papua people with an iron fist.

Port Moresby has murder rate per 100k in the 50s. If you've done any serious travelling you've probably stayed in cities with murder rates in the 20s and 30s. I wouldn't want to live there but a murder rate one or two orders of magnitude than a safe Western country (i.e. 10-100x more than fuck all) is not a big deal as long as you take precautions, it's still completely negligible and similar to the white rate a century or two ago. It's not a reason to label PNGuineans as subhumans.
