POSSIBLE RADICAL CENTRIST COUP IN THE MAKING AND NO ELECTIONS IN THE NEAR FUTURE
The surprising collapse of the Goverment lead everyone to thought for an imminent new elections during October-November. In this case Salvini would probably win with a good majority
But pernicous force, made of both anti-Salvini, pro-Europeans, globalist President Mattarella and simply politicians who know they will not be re-elected has lead to a growing strong centrist opposition to new elections, formed by both 5stars (the one who will lost the most from it) the centrist area of the main left wing-party, the Democratic party, lead by former Prime minister Matteo Renzi (basically an outcast in the party since the secretary passed in control of the more leftist faction, surprisily more willing to go to the election ASAP for forming an-anti Salvini Popular Front)
They are now trying to form a new majority based on 5stars, Renzi loyalists in the left party, ready to form a new centrist party if the Democraty Party heads refuse the coup (he lost the control of the party, but the majority of the democratic congressmen were put there by him, and so they are ready to vote against their own party directives) As well as Berlusconi and his FI. This new centrist goverment majority would have the goal of leading the country under European directives until at least 2022, the set date for the election of the new president. As Renzi and Berlusconi are seasoned politicians, they will de-facto rule the country while trying to lure all the (massive) popular opposition into the clueless five stars movement.
This centrist goverment will fuck up both Salvini (who basically destroy his former de facto controlled goverment and gain nothing from it) and the left party, that would collapse as Renzi and his loyalist are leaving for creating a new centrist party right now

The only hope now is that either the Democratic Party somehow manage to stop their dissidents in the chambers to vote in favor of a new esecutives (unlikely as they are following Renzi instructions) or Salvini manage to convice Berlusconi to not vote in favor, probably allowing him in the future right-wing electoral coalitions. But this move will be unpopular among the voters, as everyone hade enough of Berlusconi tricks. This will also force Salvini to betray his friend Toti, who just left Berlusconi party with the promise he would have been the lead of the moderate right wingers in the upcoming elections
They have a couple of things: 1)They dont want elections 2)They will do whatever it takes to stop Salvini 3)They firmly believe they will retake popular consensus if they will avoid elections for at least 2-3 years
By law if a new majority is found within the current chambers, elections are no longer needed till the end of the mandate originally created by the last elections (so till 2023)
