here by law you have to take a break after 6 hours the break has to be at least 30 mins or you have to take 2 breaks a 15 mins. some stores close for 2 hours like 1pm to 3pm and you are forced to take a 2 hour break which would piss me off as hell. imagine sitting somewhere for 2 hours doing nothing....

that math sounds wrongs, so let me get this straight. PLEASE correct me if i am wrong, i am not asian so i am bad at math.
you got 365 days a year, which breaks down into 52 weeks. this job gives you 2 days a week off guaranteed making it so you only work 261 days.

according to the sign every hour you aren't working is "time off" so going forward. 16 out of 24 hours are spent NOT WORKING therefore it's time off. essentially cutting the workdays left by 2/3 so since we are now talking about hours we will multiply 261 by 24 =6264 and 261 by 16 = 4176 and subtract the difference=2088 hours dividing it by 24 giving us 87 days!

of those 87 days worth of hours you get 30 minutes of coffee breaks (2610 minutes/43.5 hours) rounding to days 2 days off 85 left AND 1 hour lunches making it 85 hours rounding up to days 3.5 but for this lets use 4) 81 days left.

2 days of sick leave gives you 79 days of hourly labor. 5 days of holidays and 14 days of vacation gives you a solid 60 days of hard hourly labor

BUT what does it really mean?
from the top you work 261 days because you get 2 days of every week ASSUMING these guys aren't dicks you need to subtract your vacation days from here so its 261-14. also we need to subtract your holidays here too -5 giving you a starting point of 242
because it doesn't make sense to subtract your "time off" from your actual time off nor coffee breaks or lunches.

so 242 days x 8 is 1936 (the 8 hour work days)
242 x 1 = 242 (lunch)
242 x 30 / 60 = 121 (coffee)
2 days of sick leave is 48 hours
all that /24 = 63.5 days

I get a 30 minute lunch they claim is paid, but its paid because they make me work a half hour extra. I'm not allowed to skip lunch and leave a half hour early either.

I also get two 15 minute breaks but can't combine them with my lunch for an hour lunch but i can combine them for a half hour break, which I usually take at the end of my shift. Basically my breaks pay for my lunch.

That added gives me an hour.

Counting paid holidays as full 24 hours off when the 16 hours away from work each day for the whole calendar was already counted. Counting 14 days of PTO as full 24 hours off when 16 hours was already taken off for the whole calendar. GOD THIS IS BULLSHIT.

52 fiscal work weeks/year with 5 days in each week - 260 working days. 5 paid holidays, 2 sick days, and 14 days of PTO leaves 239 working calendar days where 8 hours of clocked in work will occured (assuming an 8 hour, hourly paid shift, not salary, and clocking out for lunch) is (239*8)/24=79.67 days of someone's life per year devoted to working their job.

A 2 week vacation would use 10 of those PTO days as you don't have to charge your PTO for the weekends, and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day are usually all paid holidays here in Burgerland, if you are not a service, retail, or food industry slave, so with the weekend between Christmas and New Year's, you could definitely use those last 4 PTO days do have another 10 day vacation.
