Pretty much. One of the big historical reasons civilizations have hated jews is that, no matter what society they start to live alongside, they always tend to find their way into predatory industries like money lending, drug dealing, and prostitution. Especially money lending. Other religions like Christianity and Islam both have provisions against usury (charging ridiculous or unfair interest on loans), or sometimes even charging interest at all. Jews have this too, but only for other Jews. Goyim are fair game, which is why we have credit cards with 28% APR.
America is basically what jewsish power looks like if left unchecked. They run our banks, credit/loan, movie, music, film, and gambling industries, among so many others. And you barely have to look into them before you see a Harvey Weinstein, Jeffery Epstein, or Jordan Belfort abusing that power.

I don't really know, but in my limited experience, the best place to start is to learn to spot the signs of their handiwork so that you can avoid it. I don't watch TV and ignore most movies anymore, and it wasn't even on purpose. I just started paying attention to talmudry and the usual jewish manipulation tactics that I got disgusted every time I saw them.
Start engaging in hobbies that have a direct constructive result for you. Read books (and not just fiction), get plenty of exercise, and learn useful skills that will lessen your dependence of the products and services that they use to try and control you/us. Also check out TDS and Fash The Nation. They're podcasts that discuss the issues of jewish power and supremacy at length, and are also quite entertaining.

Definitely fucking quit Netflix, they're not even subtle about their promotion of antiwhite themes, racemixing, and gay stuff. If you need a replacement to ween off of cheap/disposable entertainment, try switching over to anime.
Japan, and Asian cultures in general, are historically famous for their xenophobia and nationalism. This has largely prevented jews from infiltrating and subverting their media and cultural traditions in the same way they did to us and Europeans. As such lots their art and entertainment (while seemingly degenerate to the layman) is actually quite good. I'm not saying you should go full weeb, or that all of it is worth watching, but if you want to see what it looks like when a group of people is allowed to make art and tell stories that draw on their rich traditions, use characters that display typically masculine/feminine traits as opposed to progressive horseshit, and are more about telling an interesting story than political moralizing, some are definitely worth it.
