Because it sounds like what you're saying is certain internet companies would need advanced content-policing guidelines mandated, customized by infrastructure, and audited by US law.. This would mean absolute control over access to the internet and all content on websites regardless of size (which are metrics that would also be mandatory to report to the US government). Free speech would go out the window. The jew could threaten to shut you down if they don't like the opinions of you, or your users.
