Why is it that statistically we should be destroyed to fuck by now but we keep "getting lucky" and avoiding it?

Jupiter.

God

Because G*d's chosen live amongst us

Space force

An advanced civilization or Intersolar/galactic community is shielding us.

For the same reason a craps game can last 6 hours without 7ing out.

Because NASA is fake. Space is fake (as they teach it to us anyway). Black holes don't exist. etc.

space is fake !

That doesn't explain why we haven't died from biological threats or terrorist nukes, why most carefully planned bombing plots are foiled by highly coincidental luck, ect.

Ask the dinosaurs if they feel protected.

So is a terrorist going to blow up the whole planet? God you ppl are dumb

physicist here.
>statistically
wut... space is really big user (and getting bigger). plus everything is always cooling down. all the chaotic shit cooled down billions of years ago. dinosaurs went extinct 55 million years ago. seems like these events are very far apart, virtually nonexistent on human timescales.

government or some group keeps hoping different timelines where we *just* miss these impacts, they developed the technology probably between 70s-90s and keep using it to have stable timelines, as many as possible.

We dont know because our conciousness "jumps" or I guess you could say instantly blends into the next instance or reality, but it causes people to have fucked up dreams, memories and some people go crazy because of it. Also a big reason why many feel like there is impending doom, residual feeling that the subconscious mind holds onto from the original timeline... something like this has been going on for the past several decades, maybe 50 years, all shitty events that happen are "allowed" events, that is why there will only be little countries getting fucked by big countries as wars from now on and all these "terrorist" events help make more legislative measures to have us give up more and more of our rights.

>Why is it that statistically we should be destroyed to fuck by now

Modern humans have existed within a timeframe where its totally feasible for earth to not have had any major extinction events.

project blue beam isnt ready yet

If the US can put men on the moon, they can deflect asteroids. Worry about the Arctic methane gas terror.

Do you understand how fucking vast space is?

The odds of any stellar object hitting a target the size of Earth are absolutely tiny, statistically insignificant. To give you an idea, if our Solar system where the size of a football field, with the sun being a basketball on touchdown line, Earth would be a grain of sand 20 yards away. Space is fucking vast. On top of that, astronomical time is much longer than human time. It can take millions of years of orbits before an interstellar object collides with Earth, and humans have only been around 100k.

Its predicted that in 4.5 million years when Andromeda collides with the milky way that no matter from either galaxy will actually collide with the other.

Going to Vegas today and I believe your post is indicative of GOOD FORTUNE

>HE POST SPACE PICTURE SO HE MUCH MEAN SPACE PROBLEM

Controlling via fear
>"YEAH, statistics tell us shit should've hit the fan, you're lucky you have (((us))), so don't even think about uprising or anything."

Maybe worshipping Jupiter was the correct decision.

Neglecting Europa is where it all goes south

Math isn’t your strong suit

It's not just space dangers, look at earthquakes, volcano's or even plagues.
This planet should have been hit by something over the last 100 years, yet..nothing.
Economies so fragile that any little normal hickup would wreck this planet.
Just look at the last 60 years. To say nothing about over the last thousand.
Even small events on the geologic scale have been. Near not existent in the last 100 thousand years.
Every single time the earth just gets luckly.
If this was a cosino the earth would have been kicked out.

Because probability collapses into certainty when a conscious entity observes a point in time.

Checked

The odds of a hit are just as high as a near miss.
And there have be far to many near misses for any table in vegas.

Simulation

Because you'd be alive in another version of the infinite parallel Universes if not. There are infinite opportunities for perfect life conditions. Your consciousness is residing in this one.

It isn't our time

We have, earth has experienced multiple mass exctinctiom events in its billion year history. Humans have only been around for less than 1% of that time, so the likelyhood of it it happening during our lifetimes is very low.

>we keep "getting lucky" and avoiding it
It's the Jews man!

That’s not true though. I’ve seen any object that passes between the earth and moon described as a near miss. The distance to the moon is 384,000 km. The radius of earth is 6000 km. Square them to get a proper ratio.

>The odds of a hit are just as high as a near miss.
They aren't. There are many ways to near miss. There is only one way to hit

>That doesn't explain why we haven't died from biological threats or terrorist nukes, why most carefully planned bombing plots are foiled by highly coincidental luck, ect.
Because nuclear bombs aren't real. They were invented by Jews (or more accurately the HOAX was invented by jews). Look into "nukes aren't real".

Quantum immortality en masse.

We will. Just a matter of time. 10 or 20 years big max.

You get it but the wording is still off for normies to understand. They just see it as crazy drabble and cant grasp the concept of infinity. It is impossible for any life to be a solitudal experience... from the start and finish of one life experiennce it can be considered that but there will always be a new start.

It’s not that likely we should have died you moron

It’s something like every 300,000 years we should get hit and it’s been 600,000

It’s the same as going black in roullete and winning twice in a ro

Statistically unlikely, but barely really that unlikely. The chance I think is like 25% in that particular circumstance

because on the scale of space we're just a tiny rock and the odds of an even tinier rock impacting us are minimal

What are the odds that the moon and sun are relatively the same size in the sky?

Attached: 1553658121160.webm (960x720, 2.27M)

This
Gas giants sucking up all bad thing away from us.

FPBP

Fairly high when you consider how gravity works.

Other way around retard. Earth is small and we have a nice moon to hit on.

quantum death stuff

Because space is fake and gay and there are no asteroids

Attached: 1564783367860.webm (720x576, 1.23M)

for now.

If we hadn't already beat all the odds we wouldn't be here to ask that question, and odds don''t really matter that much if we are dealing with infinity. It was inevitable.

It's because of ((((them))))

We have been destroyed 5 times now and are on the eve of the 6th. Your not knowing anything about it demonstrates just how effective the resets are.

Attached: ra.png (1280x1219, 361K)

Since life began there's only been a handful of life threatening events, humans have been around for such a small amount of time that it's just not happened yet. It will eventually, more than likely be a man made situation rather than a natural one

Because of our lord and saviour (pic related)

We're constantly bombarded with space shit, but it's always burning up in the atmosphere. Anything large enough to actually fuck us up would get caught by Jupiter well before it came near us. The solar system is like a death maze for asteroids. They have to dodge or be big enough to survive an asteroid belt before they even get to the planets, then they have 4 gas giants of increasing size with dozens of moons to avoid, then another asteroid belt, then Mars and potentially the Moon, before they can hit us, and that's assuming we're not on the other side of the Sun at the time.

Well we will see...

youtube.com/watch?v=7W33HRc1A6c

every 12,068 years the sun lets off a mininova that will cook whatever side of the planet that's facing the plasma wavefront.
Rough estimate is that in 2042 the next mininova will happen and everything will be reset again

>dinosaurs went extinct 55 million years ago.
i hate this lie

its cause they change the time line everytime. we are in the best timeline for a reason

Jupiter. It's Lord Jupiter that's protecting earth by swallowing up and deflecting dangerous space debris from our planet. Believe it.

Physics n' shit.

where was jupiter when the dynosaurs got blown into space?

This. Why do you think we should be destroyed by now? We are not over due for a large impact. And that is because Jupiters gravity eats most objects preventing most from getting to us.

Timeline corrections in the simulation

Cause you're suppose to stay scared.

The only thing we are really due for is a massive disease outbreak. With out interconnections the next one will really fuck us if it manages to get going.

Other then that we might already be headed for the next civilizational collapse. Those birth rates are the biggest threat.

The fragility in our economies is due to the massive intervention that has been added. Really only since the WW's. Its gotten worse over time. We were way more robust before that.

the best one

Aww I'll be 61 then, can't it happen like this afternoon?

"Aliens" creating subtle diversionary gravity wells. Its nazis. Subterranean nazis.

Krakatoa was pretty rad, also plenty of earth quakes that killed thousands and wiped cities just mostly in asia and california after it was settled by whites.

Yeah and like magnets brah.

Attached: 06-og.png (500x500, 398K)

The Sun is 99% of the mass in the solar system. The Earth is the size of a pea next to a beachball compared with it. It mops up pretty much all the junk out there.

Attached: 1564851169986.gif (222x240, 372K)

Well said, mutt

We were.
Genesis is about an asteroid impact.

Because when you scale to a billion years we should have gotten destroyed, but when you look at the human civilization time scale of 8000 years the handful of known hits are actually in line with statistics. Also
and our freakishly large moon act as shields.

i’m alive now so nothing could happen that would kill me due to quantum immortality. you’re welcome for not letting the earth explode

Ebolachan keeps popping up

bronze age civilization might have been destroyed by a huge earthquake or volcano that wiped cities from the map and created a mini ice age that straight out killed mediterranian trade and led to centuries of wars, starvation and diseases. Even the chinks were affected by the same catatrophic event.

Exactly, there’s a lot of shit between us and the bottom of the space toilet

Space is big and the Earth is a grain of sand, also we haven't been around for very long, astronomically speaking.

Solar Warden patrols

A fucking leaf

fucking his children

Because physical impacts from cosmic bodies really are rare, just look at the circumstances. Tiny objects very far apart flying in an infinite amount of directions. The sun has fucked up our planet more often and more thoroughly than any cosmic impacts ever could. Think of it, tiny pebbles randomly zipping around, or the sun blowing off its outer layers in every direction, which is more likely to strike the earth?

>What is inertia

Don't (You) it, fool. This is how they propagate

Attached: batman_slaps_robin.jpg (648x348, 42K)

this. God employs narrative in His creation, so existence has to get increasingly absurd because this world can't go up in smoke until He's ready. every logical conclusion to this shit show (in a secular vacuum) is that we destroy each other, yet somehow we're still here and every day we learn a little more about how evil really works. that's maybe the one useful thing this site provides: autistic analysis of the pattern of evil.

its god user! its gods will!

I'm just glad the flat earth faggotry has died down considerably.

They have simply been replaced by nukes /space are fake tards.

You are one of the guys in the middle of this video, right? Can you recognize yourself?
