They support open borders in practice. Most of them aren't quite stupid enough to just come out and say "I want completely open borders", but when you look at the combination of all the things they're in favor of (getting rid if ICE, shutting down detention centers/concentration camps, refusing to upgrade any kind of wall/barrier, etc) that will be the outcome.

Likewise, they block any attempts to check if people voting are actually citizens. So in practice, they are in favor of non-citizens voting.
