I have no degree and have 3 PhDs working under me at a fortune 100 tech company you have heard of.

chinese grad students are to academic work what spics are to manual labor. They succeed through brute effort and endurance alone, without any inherent talents or creative genius. So on average, a chinese student will be better than an equivilent white student, but you will never see one at the top levels.
