Nobody seems to have believed him or his warnings, so WW3 would likely remain inevitable. Even if it would theoretically be delayed due to the butterfly effect shifting our timeline, it's extremely unlikely that any of the major events which caused WW3 will have been prevented.

That was with his limited post-war information. What is possible does not mean it is plausible.
I do believe the welfare state will eventually die, and welfare/consumerism will be shunned once again. But what we have seen occur throughout history is that it all repeats, for logical reasons.
