Theyll also cover maintenance and cleaning in the event a tenant should damage the property. They even cover contract breaking fees and relocation by the thousands. Worse yet they offer to buy said property from the owners completely locking it out from non employees. This is why pricing and rates are jacked in these IT sector wannabe towns. You cannot find reasonable rates because of the inflated market value yet constantly see more poos in your stores and other areas of commerce. By doing this the real estate owners also have no worry of liability on a deal gone wrong or stuck footing the bill for repair a damaged unit if a big corp offers to cover all that. No risk no gamble in offering housing to new upcoming families or people starting out if you can basically be a proxy satellite housing unit for foreigners under corporate contracted dime!.
