Currently Canada's population growth has tripled since 2014 from 300,000 a year to nearly 1 million a year. Pretty much all of that increase is non-white right now, meaning Canada's whiteness levels are rapidly racing downwards- by 2030 they will be less white than the US, because the US is banning poorfag shitskins now.
It is impossible for Bernier- who wants to restrict immigration levels from 900,000 a year to 150,000 a year and prioritize Europeans- to win right now, he might win his seat or he might lose his seat.
However it looks like no matter what, there will be no majority in Canadian government- a hung parliament with a minority government, easily toppled.
Keep in mind that Canada will likely go into recession this year. If it doesn't, it will go into recession in the next 3 years as the American yield curve has inverted- recessions tend to follow 18-24 months after this event, historically, putting a hypothetical recession in either February 2021 or August 2021 in the United States, which will cause Canada to go into recession.
This creates the opportunity- if Bernier holds on- to pounce when the country hits rock bottom under the Scheer-Trudeau impasse, with Canadians looking around for alternative solutions.
We see it already in polling for the Canadian election- neither Cons or Libs break 35% on average, and NDP has fallen as low as 10% from their 20% norm with Greens, Block and PPC taking up the cast-off voters.
Then a minority government- whether Scheer or Trudeau- will be good, as long as Bernier can hold on and maintain relevance for when the economy implodes in Canada.

Prior to Trudeau about 25% of Canada's 250,000 immigrants were European, which is about 65,000 or so.
If you reduce immigration to 150,000 then 65,000 becomes about 43%~ of the total. If you prioritize European migrants over others, by putting in place Kelli Leitch's Canadian values test and Bernier's linguistic/property requirements, you can easily get it up to 2/3.
Europe has 700 million white people, 35k is not a lot to increase.

The way the votes are counted are by regions, not % of the population, so if all the rural areas in the country vote the same, the enriched urban centers can't keep up. We've seen it happen a couple months ago when Québec elected an "ethno-nationalist" party in a record historical majority. All the leftists and immigrants in the big city couldn't do anything about it, got lik 70% of the seats.
Rest of Canada just needs to wake up, and they won't have a choice to do so after a couple years of more mass immigration.
