OK so I think I solved this Greenland thing: I think we should do a deal where they are basically like when British took care of Hong Kong. So, Greenland is a now a property owned by Denmark but the USA "licenses" (I think its what they say on Shark Tank) Greenland from them so the USA can have exclusive rights to the resources there and China and Russia cannot have any of them. We can then move in and mine them out and then we give Denmark a nice cut of the profits like maybe a 60-40 deal. Also they can have some of the stuff we mine out on request.
What is important is that China doesn't go to war with Denmark to have a global monopoly of rare earth minerals.
It wouldn't take trillions of dollars and would be win/win.
