You take the TEFL course (120hr - 6 weeks, to 3 months), are willing to go into shit places with an AA, better if you have a BA. and you can teach English abroad. If you get somewhere on your own you can be hired by a private company with just a high school diploma, sometimes less, but you will probably never get paid.
