It would delay an assault from the most advantageous position they have, Combine it with blowing up bridges so the river crossings are limited by the assaulting forces as they need to get their pioneers/Engineers there to put up pontoon bridges in order to cross.
Poland probably could delay such an attack for atleast 3-4 days until a serious breakthrough is achieved by the assaulting forces.

Besides that, remember that you got way more land - way more ressources. Also per capita. Denmark's got almost zero land/ressources, other than a bit of oil in the North Sea. But we're still rich as fuck. And the average worker in Denmark is much better off than the average American worker. We might have high taxes, but we also live in a pretty good society, and we aren't being buttfucked by greedy crony capitalists on anyway near the same level as you guys. Wages are high and costs for most things are reasonable. As I wrote in the other thread, you can live a good life by just flipping burgers at McDonald's 37 hours per week. It'd probably make you 2000 dollars per month after taxes. Plus you have free health care, free access to education and whatever.

Meme ranks, if we were to fight an opponent like Russia with our current military we would have a rough time let me tell you that, sure our military is highly mechanized but our navy would be obliterated except for our subs, airforce will probably do fine but if a capable military would land on our territories we don't have enough tanks or artillery to do much more than retreat inland.
Yep motorized light infantry, Rivers are still good to defend from sure Russias BMP series all have amphibious capabilities but they will not advance across the rivers until their tanks and other land components are able to come across aswell.

Sure it will do alot of damage but they would still need to go and secure the positions they just bombed aswell.
Speaking of air, Russia has alot of SAM systems and manpads which would be a big problem for Nato as they know their airforce will be outgunned and outmanned.

Really? I figured Sweden would be able to hold its own in a defensive war at least. Russia doesn't exactly have the same military man power as the Soviet union did, though i guess I'm not entirely familiar with both countries.
Then again I'm usually going off the assumptions that Europe still has coastal military bases/fortresses from the world wars, though those might have been demolished. As far as naval warfare goes anything short of mining the sea between the coasts would probably end poorly
