It makes you think about yourself and the world in a different way. It gives you good perspectives on what's important and what's truly wrong with yourself and once its glaring you in the face you want to better or self improve yourself. 10/10 would recommend micro dosing first with people you trust and seeing where it takes you I've learned some really interesting things about myself and ot changed my life for the better
