Well it was written as a series of newsletters, not as a book. James Mason himself had nothing to do with the book's creation actually, it was a fan of his that put it all together. The Third Edition that came out a couple years ago is actually corrected properly and I've heard there is probably going to be a 4th edition coming out that will make it more like a book rather than a series of newsletters. But I get what you mean about it being poorly written in a way. Still a follower of Mason's ideas regardless.
