actually this is one of those few cases where dying could actually be considered a human right. you see, the definition of a right is something thats inherent to you, you always possess it unless someone takes it away from you. a right is something you have access to even when left alone on a deserted island. this is for example why free speech is a right but health care is not (somebody needs to provide the health care for you). following this train of thought i would say yes, dignified dying is a human right
