If positive change on that front is ever going to happen, it will be social and not political. Maybe the economy will get so good that dual-income families won't have to be a thing anymore. Maybe modesty and chastity will come back into vogue. A 1950s-esque social zeitgeist could definitely become a thing again, but women will always have the vote.
