You can roughly split China into 4 bits: the actually Chinese part, the Tibetan part, the Mongolian part, and the Turkic part. Ideal scenario: return the Mongolian part to Mongolia, then split the rest into seperate countries. It would be nice if the Chinese part could be split up further but I imagine it wouldn't last long, and would only cause resentment, so best not to.
