I had an idea and wanted to know if any other anons might be interested. There are plenty of states that have homes under 30000 dollars and it isnt hard to find these homes on good amounts of land. If a group of anons purchased a home like this and invested a bit of money in micro farming it would be really easy to becomenself sufficient. Most small livestock is cheap and easy to feed, so you could have eggs, meat and milk. I know a few other anons have to have the dream of working the land with their brothers.

If the land is worth squat, it's about $10,000 an acre. You'll need a septic system, a well and a foundation for your double wide. You're looking at $100,000 and so much work you can't make a living off it.
