I work in the area, and it's likely just helocopters and other construction shit that goes on overnight.

Every night in the summer. The chinese firework guys they have there are pretty awesome. Plus the nightly tourist stuff at the hill, sometimes they do cannons and salutes.

Theyve never seen any before. They honestly dont know what fireworks are. Kind of why a couple were invited to learn what it was like to be a Canadian. Its a bit of a steep learning curve but its getting there...
