CRV means (COntrolled Remote Viewing) which means the viewer is blind to any information on the target other than the Number tied to the target. A target has a number/letter combination and a thorough description, the description is unknown to the viewer until he/she is done. Once the rv session is done on the numerical/alphabetical code relating to the target feedback is then given and the description of the target is revealed to the viewer to evaluate the effectiveness of the session.
