I use different layers. Basically I will add a pepe and then on a layer above make my modifications. But for that template I cut out the mouth so it can be used by Éire/pol/ users quite easily by just placing that image on top of another and moving it so that the mouth encompasses the part of the image you want to see.
Just mess around with it. You will get better as you go.

Apparently many people both politicians and media personalities JUMPED at the chance to try and somehow link G.O'D this random attack by scumbag teenagers on other innocent teenagers.
They took to twitter within hours of the clip circulating to try and push that narrative despite the guards coming out and saying theres been no evidence to suggest its a "hate" fueled crime.
I do think they'll continue to use this as a push for hate speech laws however. Many people were straight away saying stuff along the lines of "we need hate laws" immediately after the clip went viral, almost as if they'd been told to push hate laws to the public at the first chance they get, and saw this incident as an opportunity.
