Imagine if the ugliest people (inside and out) on the planet made a religion that said they're Gods chosen people. First of all, that's solipsism of the highest degree, second of all, it's annoying to the beautiful people. Then imagine if they enslaved other races because their holy book says they should. Then they come up with the concept of a scapegoat. They can do bad things so long as they blame it on other innocents. Originally a goat, but currently it's white people. Basically tl;dr Jews are ugly and annoying with the self delusion that the opposite is true.

They attack their enemy preemptively as a matter of course. Often times those people hadn't a thought or care about them at all, or even if they did, were not motivated by revenge. This creates resentment, because the attack is often catalyzed in them by a fear of blow back for their own prior sins. They double down on their sins and attack innocent people. Further, there's no recourse for being put in their sights, as they diligently plan out their attack to plausibly deny they were knowingly in error.

In economic terms, they are a drain on resources.

They enter a country and start doing business. All money borrowed they charge interest on, hurting the natives who borrow. Then they do deals with each other over the natives. They also pool resources amongst themselves over the native population, and they transfer this wealth out of country to their other family and businesses elsewhere. Over time this saps the native wealth of a country and they suffer for it. What advantage did they gain? Initial borrowing power and new business opportunities, but they never knew that it would lead to such wealth transfer. They never realized how bad the interest would hurt them.

Why any self respecting nation would allow this in the first place is beyond my comprehension. NEVER give a foreigner purchase in your country.

Jews have always been a distinct people, and usually in some position of influence due to their customs and abilities. So the masses resent them because they are "other" and usually more powerful than them; and the elites occasionally conflict with them when they are no longer useful or start causing religious trouble.
