My child goes to a magnet school. The last five years they have not admitted a single black child in the school. Thing is the school is technically for lightly autismo kids, ocd, etc. Turns out in CA it's considered racist as an educator to recommend blacks for special ed so therefore illegal. Blacks don't care about their kids so they never get them help. As a result my childs school is de facto segregated and has the highest scores and no violence.
