Yes because deporting literally every illegal is a huge waste of resources and other policies will take care of the problem without lifting a finger. You will spend billions putting people back where they came from and there will be holes in regional economies because you suddenly removed a huge part of the consumers. A better idea is to tempt them with the UBI and citizenship, have them be good citizens for 18 years paying their taxes or falling to the pressure and leaving by themselves.
