If you're sleeping in public, in a van, alone, where people can easily rob you, I think that just means that you don't put enough thought into keeping yourself safe? Alarm systems exist, security cameras exist, locks exist, doors exist, other members of your family that are also armed exist, the deterrent of knowing that your community doesn't tolerate thieves and everyone else will shoot you for stealing exists. The difference between a state and a theoretical ancap community is that the state forces you to participate, vs a community that is based on voluntary protections. My major problem with States is that I'm forced to provide benefits to people I don't care about. A community doesn't have that problem, if I don't want to help someone I don't have to.

Children can't consent is a legal concept. Age of consent laws vary. How can an 15 year old in one place consent, a 16 year old in another, but not a 17 year old? It's because of the laws. This is also why minors can't enter into contracts. In an ancap society, legal consent no longer exists. It's simply a matter of individuals saying or otherwise expressing their consent or lack thereof. This is also why ancap concepts begin to fall apart under scrutiny.
