lots of fruits and veggies, and some meat aswell. imo. And if you can get them from a local farmer then that´s way better than supermarket stuff. Also realize that a lot of farm soil is demineralized, so you actually need more than you think you do, because it doesn´t contain that much nutrition value. So go after the concentrated stuff, look up which fruits and vegies nuts and berries etc. are packed with the most vitamins. And just go for those, and eat the others secondarily. Then you are sure you are getting enough.

yeah that´s basically it, and has always been the best way to do it. The only reason people don´t do that is convenience and time. It takes far longer to prepare food and shop for certain things that has a shorter shelf life. Than it does buying some processed food which is therefore of lower quality and riddled with preservatives, which just are not exactly the most healthy thing to get in your system.

I have two freezers. Really helps out with this.

Sugar is what causes blood to stick to the arteries so you can have a stroke and stuff like that. Basically they thought till recently that it was certain types of cholesterol that did it, but it turns out that´s only part of it. See what the sugar does is it goes into your vein and works as basically glue for the cholesterol. That´s how that happens, by irritating the sides of the veins, so it work like flypaper or whatever. So if you don´t have that sugar stuff going on, even high levels of cholesterol just passes through normally.

Also processed food and shit like that wrecks havoc on your gut bacteria which are so incredibly important. If you fuck that up it can change your entire physique in a very negative way.

So basically reducing cholesterol is one thing if that´s very high, but if you don´t remove sugar it´s almost completely irellevant. You can take all the statin drugs they sell and make big money on. But what you really need to do is have less fatty diet and just cut the sugar completely untill you are in the safe zone. You don´t actually need those statin drugs if you have high cholesterol. Just a way they scam you and make big money on you. And they actually know by now that it´s the processed sugar that is the real problem with regards to cholesterol.
