Class collaboration (classes working together for mutual benefit) is one of the major differences between Fascism and Socialism. People will be wealthy, poor and everything between, but they will no longer see themselves as members of different classes.

The lower classes are truly the only ones that are problematic, and perhaps a handful of (((people))) at the top. If it all comes down to competence and ability to produce wealth, then discouraging the lower classes from reproducing is key, and an economic system that doesn't allow people to earn wealth dishonestly for those few at the top. A broad middle class would be the way to eliminating class consciousness. There is little social difference between someone who earn 50k-250k per year, at least from what I've seen.

If your job is your catered to your function then you are fulfilled, you need a living wage and the ability to create a family. If this is all part of the package why fret that someone makes more than you do?

This is the problem with equality, idealistically everyone wants to be the millionaire but pragmatically its alot easier to make everyone the peasant if you want everyone to be equal.
Within a corporatist state both the lower classes and higher classes and unified in service to the state. The state mediates the interests between the different functional differences of people, instead of mediating the differences between social classes of people. This makes it so that riots / class warfare is no longer a thing, instead you have direct democratic voice in your nation through the field that you know most about, your function.
Say you became a carpenter who builds houses, you would be a party member of the state and therefore be able to speak and vote in the corporatist co-op / syndical for housing / construction. The delegates from this syndical would form parliament with various other syndicals of the state, mediating the differences between different functional groups.
Basically think about it, what do you care more about, being a member of a nation working towards betterment? Or working only for the betterment of yourself through the exploitation of anyone around you?
