Essentially yes, current data would suggest the current magma is more solidified. There is now water in the caldera so depending on how it got there might be a sign or renewed eruption cycle.

You won't see drastic swings in volcanic or tectonic activity, but looking at past research there should/could be an increase in the 3% range over the next few years possibly relating to the solar cycles.
It's not over yet, and would still need a hell of a quake to even have a remote chance of triggering it, but if that water is the new location of the water table level and magma hits that, it could make for a decent boom.

Tokyo is ~1760 miles/~2840 kilometers south-southwest of Shiveluch volcano. I doubt this eruption will affect anything other than air travel between Japan (and other east Asian countries) and North America and, even then, it'll just mean the planes will fly a slightly longer route.

It's a nothing burger as normal. People see any volcano or earthquake in the globe, then point to increased geyser activity and go ham. The masses never look at the hydrology of the area or the fact that their was an above average snow melt that would cause the net increase in activity. If Yellowstone is going to blow you'd start seeing movement in the maters of cm's per day or m per day, not increase measured over years.
