Its easy. Once your body gets used to it, you wont even crave. Mudslimes eat food that takes long to digest like barley in the morning so you feel full and drink plenty of water, then they stop intake of nything and body adapts and its easy cruising. More you do it easier it gets, but they cheat also by sleeping big chunk of the day.

You're about to learn discipline. That, your stomach rumbling doesn't mean you need to eat. But you'll also learn that it is more practical and you'll enjoy the time you save.

Also it feels really nice after cca 10h or so, your brain works faster, your much lighter focused and in no mood to argue. Great for interviews or general human interaction, found it much easier to read and influence people when fasting

I do 18/6. Skip breakfast cos not hungry in morning, eat lunch dinner. Easy.

Don't start a regular "not eating" fasting. That's stupid. Start the Snake Diet. Couple it with a lifestyle change. Find a sport to keep you active.

Do it for a month, or a two I would say max - unless this will be a major nigh religious marking of your life; then do that for however long it takes.
Just eat bread, vegetables and the occasional fish. Eat small amounts of all of those. Abstain from great please of any base kind such as morning coffee, sugary foods, sex (includes masturbation you degenerate), cigarettes, drugs, alcohol, etc. Meditate a bit as well, just sit however feels intuitively best and find the best Hindu meditation - for me it was Hare Krishna.

It sucks. Water only fasting is difficult. I've done the fasting mimicking diet a few times but I didn't enjoy it at all.
Muslims don't drink water during the day when they hold the fast.
Light marijuana usage and a convenient work schedule helps me eat only two meals a day. I work at 5am most days, so I'm up around 3am to drink half a pot of coffee before I leave.

Smoking a joint before bed helps me sleep without worrying about my hunger. I worry that I don't get enough vitamins and minerals though, because I supplement with a lot of water and I feel like I'm just pissing out nutrients all day.
I fasted two weeks working manual labor, just supplemented electrolytes and select vitamins/minerals, amazing how the fat just drips off you, you don't realize how much energy hard work really is until you do it without food. Definitely puts it into perspective. I remember on like day 7 a girl literally went home because she forgot to eat lunch, and everyone told her to go get rest. I called it off because I barely had any visible fat left.

Yeah, I know that feeling. I used to eat about 4 meals a day, but I was getting bloated and felt like shit all the time as well as got really constipated on a regular basis. Now I've dropped 4 inches from my waist which was already slim before. I feel great, and I look extremely toned with my shirt off despite having neglected doing situps for 6 months. Really cements my hatred for lardasses. I see women at work talking about their stupid fucking diets and it disgusts me. These 250lb children think it's an achievement to lose 5lbs in two weeks by cutting dairy out of their diet. I lost 5lbs in two fucking days by not eating breakfast in the morning, extending the time I eat my lunch by 2 hours, and pulling back the time I eat dinner by 2 hours. 18/6 is the easiest shit in the world when you have a job.

it is A LOT easier to fast if you're in keto first. also, start after dinner. wake up the next day and see if you can do 24 hrs. I often try once or twice before I feel good enough to continue. I just wait a day and try again.
If you fast, you can run faster apparently.

I can verify this, I fasted for 23 days. You body will start a process call autophalaging or something like that, where it will start to scavenge scar tissue, stubborn midsection belly fat, cysts, etc. But this didn't start happening until after day 6 or so. By about day 20, my skin was ridiculously soft, my joints and flexibility was like a kid again. Afte round day 10 your enitre gut bacteria is dead, sterile, this can cure a lot of digestive issues.
Hunger comes in waves.
After you get past the nasuea part your body will be functional again with no hunger for a few hours.
The more you fast, the less nausea you will feel and the longer you will be able to go before you are hungry again.
go to Jow Forums and read the thread there that's been going for more than a year. you need salt water every day, but you can do it for weeks no problems.
do 1 day, then eat, then do 2 day, then eat, then do 3 days then eat. i did 5 day fasts often to lose fat and now do 2 day fasts regularly and they are no big deal.
