If I had the opportunity, I would most definitely create a giant conspiracy that paints Jews as the literal worst thing on earth and use that as a backdrop for decades of conditioning of future generations to ensure that Jews never again become accepted. It would be ingrained in literally everything from the moment children are born through 12 years of mandatory education and beyond, and constantly force fed through the media before their brains are fully matured, and afterwards as well. It's brilliant really, how something like that can convince an entire population to not question something that should be nature and simply not make any effort for self preservation because of that.
