Hes not constantly throwing out empty promises, he never beats around the bush or dodges questions, and all his policies are well fleshed out and META. The total opposite of every other candidate. That part was extremely sus. I believe Thorium reactor designs exist already and are set to deploy on 2030, but that's with current funding. I bet they could be accelerated with the proper funds to that 2027 timeframe. On fusion, I'd like to think it's also funding for research to at least have the talks by that timeframe unless he knows something the public doesn't know. I don't trust ITER on delivering but maybe some other design has good progress on the lab.
