No homelessness if you give everyone a roof over their head.

Homelessness is a mental health and addiction problem. 99% of chronically homeless people are unfit for society and will never contribute. You either put them in a mental health facility or let them sleep on the street. Either way they're a pure drain

Lived in San Francisco for a couple years, hobo central. First thing we should do is bring back asylums. Everyone watched One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest and thought that was evil, but living in the rain in my alley is a-okay. More boomer idiocy. A lot of these people are fucked up and simply cannot fend for themselves, so our options are housing them or culling them, there is nothing else to consider.

Second thing we should do is enforce broken windows policies again. Anyone left on the street is now there voluntarily (there is a surplus of resources for anyone on the street because of economic reasons) and they should be kept moving.

All things are a mental health issue. Even if you so-called remain withing 'the system of things'. You have to have a certain mental frame of mind to remain in a reality that you can accept as one that is considered "normal" by a large amount of people.

You have to have a job.
You have to have a house.
You have to have a family.

These are things that are accepted by a large number of people throughout society.
Yet, if you believe in the words of Christ...He had said to forsake these things of the World. This system of the World is one that is ruled by Satan.
To love the World is to Love your father...Satan.

Without being addicted to any drugs or alcohol...I can live homeless just fine. The convenience sucks. Let's face it...electricity is AWESOME! Cable is pretty good...but I would have a tough time living without internet.
But yet...if I was "homeless"...no problem. Done it for two years...I do not regret it. I did it peacefully...no drugs...no alcohol. I was the healthiest I have ever been, btw!
I never asked for a fucking penny!
Sometimes, money or food...just came to me. Money was rare...but it came from time to time.
Sometimes, with food...it came to you without anyone donating it to you...it just was there.
Hard to explain unless you have done this yourself.
If you want to...it is pretty easy.
Give up all your money (I did! I gave it all to people that NEEDED IT!), give up the pillow under head...and go out into the world NAKED!

I did it, and if you do it...you will find that the things that you need to live will just manifest to you.

How much moar does your Father in Heaven love you above the sparrows? Do not they have plenty to eat?

Don't know the bible verses...but you can get the jiss.

Thanks tRump

Most of them are unfit. They wouldn't be homeless if they were able bodied, skilled and sane.
Asylums for the ill/addicted, shelters and work programs for the temporarily unlucky, pensioners without relatives (as stated above, should be a minority).

free mental healthcare and medication

just get a house

Stop immigration -> house prices fall.
Create workhouses -> People found on the street get assigned to a work house where they have a room, bed, shower, food and a fixed daily schedule they have to follow.

To be honest I've come up with this solution as well. Seems the only logical one, and I'm willing to get taxed/donate to such places as long as there is budget transparency and the money's not going for salaries for the administrators.

>assigned to work
sounds like communism user

>What's your opinion on homelessness
pretty sad
>How would you fix it
cheap housing and therapy
>Have you ever experienced it
Lol no I am not a Mutt.

There’s no need to create a solution to a problem that people choose themselves.

Uberhomes

>Rent is $1000 a month on average within 50 miles of me
>Places with low rent demand $600+ deposit
Saving up over a grand to get an apartment isn’t feasible for people in already dodgy financial circumstances, and finding a job while homeless is extremely difficult and made harder by the fact that many places only accept applications online meaning without internet access you are SOL.

I was homeless for about 45 seconds. I called a buddy and had a couch to crash on for a couple weeks while I got a new place. How is homelessness a thing unless you’re a drug addict that’s already burned all your bridges?

>What's your opinion on homelessness
I feel bad for them, but I also realize that some people don't want to be helped, or have uncontrollable addictions.

>How would you fix it
Ban immigration. Enforce rent controls. Increase hostels and half-way houses. Make sure people have the help they need, whether it be getting off drugs or learning money management.

>Have you ever experienced it
No. Thank God. It's one of my few remaining fears. Having lived in poverty all my life, I am fucking meticulous in how I spend my NEETbux; bills must come first. Food and shelter are my main priorities in life, seeing as I am pretty much unemployable, due to aspieness, phone-phobia and introversion.

Kill em, i killed 3 homeless dudes around my area in the past year no one cares for them and it doesnt make news

Free country. If someone wants to be a hobo let them. If they break a basic law that invades the rights of others put them in jail.

>average pay after taxes is ~2,3k PLN
>rent is ~1,5k PLN for commie blocks "apartments", average of 30-40 square meters
>why are millenials living with their parents
fuck this world, literally modern slavery

Institutions, if you become homeless the police should be able to take you into them and lock you up for your own safety.

Then make it illegal for people to give them money, watch people and fine them on the spot if they give money to them.

LOOOOOOOOOOL

I hate homeless people.
I’d use the public funds that are used to feed/shelter/provide them a place to shoot up and instead charter some buses. Then drive them straight to downtown Mexico City and kick them off.
If by “experienced” you mean stomped on one that was sleeping on the sidewalk in front of my apartment building ten years ago, yes.

The winter used to fix that problem, leaving only the strongest hobos alive, sadly society changed
